How Coaches Can Maintain Energy and Focus All Day

Why Nature Is the Ultimate Energy Source

One of the most powerful forms of energy is love. In this example, we focus on the love for nature.

Nature can be your personal refueling station. For me, it is the perfect balance to my 12–14-hour workdays. I go running outdoors, but it is much more than just physical exercise… I make it a conscious mental practice.

When I step into nature, I engage all my senses:

  • I watch how the water flows
  • I notice the leaves moving gently in the wind
  • I breathe in the scents of the forest
  • I feel the air on my skin
  • I listen to the sounds around me

This sensory awareness strengthens my mind and grounds me in the present moment.

My Personal Energy Ritual

On my running route, I reach a bridge over the Isar River. I stop, look at the water flowing beneath, and imagine how positive energy flows into my life from all directions. I take deep, mindful breaths and let this natural energy fill me completely.

Often, this moment brings a wave of gratitude and a deep sense of connection.

Create Your Own Energy Spot

You do not need to run along the Isar to feel this power. You can create your own energy ritual anywhere in nature: a park, a quiet beach, a mountain trail, or even your garden.

The key is to:

  • Choose a place where you feel calm and safe
  • Engage all your senses
  • Practice mindful breathing
  • Visualize positive energy flowing into you

When you make this a habit, you will notice:

  • More mental clarity
  • Greater emotional balance
  • Increased motivation for training and competition
