These GTC apply to all contracts regarding participation in career-oriented training programs as well as coaching and mentoring programs.
3. Subject Matter of the Contract
The provider offers career-oriented training in the form of multi-month coaching and mentoring programs.
These programs include in particular:
- regular live coaching and implementation sessions
- individual and group-based support
- supporting digital content
Important Note:
This is not school-based instruction or a state-regulated educational program.
The focus is on personal and professional development through guidance, implementation, and experience.
4. No Distance Learning within the Meaning of the FernUSG
The offer does not constitute distance learning within the meaning of the German Distance Learning Protection Act (FernUSG).
In particular:
- there is no classical knowledge transfer with learning assessments
- there is no obligation to participate in exams
- the focus is on coaching, mentoring, and individual development
5. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded through:
- booking via the website
- agreement during a consultation call
- payment
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are net prices unless stated otherwise.
If payment in installments is agreed, the customer is obligated to pay the full amount.
7. Scope of Services
The scope of services is determined by the respective offer description.
No specific success is guaranteed.
8. Access and Use
- Access is personal and non-transferable
- Content may not be shared
- In case of violations, access may be revoked
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.
This right may expire prematurely if:
- the customer expressly agrees that the service begins
- and confirms that they waive their right of withdrawal
10. Contract Duration and Termination
- Duration according to the booked program
- No ordinary termination right for fixed-term contracts
- Extraordinary termination remains possible
11. Conduct of Participants
The customer agrees to behave respectfully.
In case of violations, exclusion is possible without entitlement to a refund.
12. Liability
Liability only applies in cases of:
- intent
- gross negligence
No liability is assumed for personal or economic results.
13. Personal Responsibility
Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.

14. Data Protection
The privacy policy on the website applies.
15. Applicable Law
The law of the State of Florida, USA, applies.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
16. Place of Jurisdiction
