Orders and Return Policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within two business days. For digital products, you will receive login details via email to access your member area or download page.

Seminars and Training Programs

1. By completing the registration form and accepting our Terms and Conditions, you are making a binding registration for the booked seminar or training program.

2. Seminar Places:

The full reservation of your seminar place will be confirmed upon receipt of the training or seminar fee as stated in the seminar description or on the issued invoice.
All events have a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
If the maximum number of participants is only slightly exceeded, participation will be determined by the order in which registrations are received.
Telephone registrations are not considered binding.
If the maximum number of participants is significantly exceeded, an additional date will be scheduled and newly announced.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event will not take place.

3. Cancellation Before the Start of the Seminar:

From the date of registration up to 49 days before the start of the seminar: 30% of the seminar fee will be charged.
From 48 to 29 days before the start of the seminar: 50% of the seminar fee will be charged.
From 28 days up to the day of the seminar (0 days): no right of withdrawal applies.

The full seminar fee becomes due unless you nominate a suitable replacement participant for the event.
In the event of non-attendance, no credit or refund will be granted.
For organizational reasons, this also applies in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.

The receipt date of the written cancellation at the above address shall determine the applicable time period.

4. Cancellation of an Event:

Events may be cancelled by the Kleinbeck Academy at short notice if compelling reasons exist, such as the illness of the instructor, an insufficient number of registrations, or comparable circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified by us immediately.

In the event of cancellation due to insufficient participation, we will make every effort to reschedule the event for a later date, if necessary at an alternative location.

If an event is cancelled without replacement, we are obliged to refund any participation fees already paid. There shall be no entitlement to the organization of a substitute event.

We accept no liability for damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the cancellation of an event, except in cases where such damages are caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.

5. Rights of the Seminar Management

The seminar management reserves the right to exclude participants from the course or to deny access to individuals who have not registered for the seminar. The reasons for such decisions lie solely within the discretion of the seminar management.

6. Early Withdrawal by the Participant

In the event of early withdrawal by the participant, no refunds will be issued, as stated in Section 3, unless the participant has a written special agreement with the Kleinbeck Academy.

7. Services Included in the Course Fee:

The course fee includes participation in all services specified in the invoice, as well as water, fruit, and light snacks provided during the seminar.

8. Additional Costs

Any additional expenses for meals and accommodation are to be borne by the participant.

9. Change of Venue

We reserve the right to change the seminar location at short notice within Munich if necessary

10. Newsletter Subscription

Upon registration, you will automatically receive our complimentary and informative newsletter.

11. Directions to the Venue

No later than one week before the start of the event, you will receive detailed directions to the seminar venue.

12. Certificate of Attendance:

For participation in each event (with the exception of the Mental Training Evening), you will receive a certificate of attendance.

13. Seminar Discounts:

Discounts are granted only upon presentation of valid vouchers or promotional offers and only if payment is received on time — that is, by the date on which the advertised early booking discount for the respective seminar ends, or the date specified by the Kleinbeck Academy in the invoice.

14. Event Evaluation:

At each event, participants will receive an evaluation form. We kindly ask for your support in helping us continuously improve our seminars. Please complete the evaluation form in full and return it to the instructor at the end of the event. Thank you for your valuable feedback and support.

15. Use of Photographs and Participant Declarations

I hereby consent to the Kleinbeck Academy publishing photographs of me, taken during the seminars, free of charge on its websites. Any use of such photographs for other purposes requires my separate, explicit consent.

The Kleinbeck Academy assures that no disadvantages will arise for me if I choose not to consent, or if I withdraw my consent at a later time. This consent to the storage and publication of photos provided by me may be revoked at any time, but only with effect for the future.

By registering for a seminar, the participant acknowledges the following:

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit and able to participate in this seminar to the best of my ability and judgment. I accept full responsibility for my actions and conduct during and outside of the training. I am personally liable for any damages caused by me. Furthermore, I acknowledge that all training materials (scripts, recordings, images) are the property of the Kleinbeck Academy. I therefore agree not to reproduce, copy, or share these materials, in whole or in part, with any third party.

License Agreement for Online Courses and Training Programs of the Kleinbeck Academy:

License Grant

“You” refers to the individual or company licensed to use the course materials or documentation. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Kleinbeck Academy.

We hereby grant you a non-exclusive license to use the course materials and documentation for your personal use only.

You are not authorized to share, resell, or in any way grant access or rights to any other person to use or access the course materials, including those available in the member area.

Title

We retain ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to the course materials and the accompanying explanatory written materials (“Documentation”).

Archival or Backup Copies

You may make copies of the training materials or documentation for backup and archival purposes only, provided that the original and all copies remain in your possession and that such copies do not exceed the scope of use granted under the License Grant section above.

Restrictions:

The course materials and documentation are protected by copyright laws. You must treat the course materials and documentation as you would any other copyrighted material, such as a book. You are not permitted to:

• Copy the documentation or course materials, except for creating backup or archival copies as specified above.

• Reproduce, distribute, or share these course materials (including videos and supplementary materials), in whole or in part, with third parties. Any such actions are strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal prosecution.

• Modify or adapt the course materials or documentation, or incorporate the content into any other program.

• Upload the course materials or documentation to a server for operation over a public network, such as the Internet, or use them for sublicensing, rental, leasing, or lending any portion of the course or documentation.

Transfers

You may not transfer your rights to use the course materials or documentation to any other person.

Limited Warranty

We warrant that, for a period of 30 days from the date the course materials or documentation are delivered to you, the media on which these materials are provided will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing limited warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties or conditions, and we expressly disclaim all implied warranties or conditions, including implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose — regardless of whether we are aware of your specific requirements.

No employee, representative, dealer, or distributor of ours is authorized to modify this limited warranty or to make any additional warranties.

Limited Remedy

Our entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of the foregoing warranty shall be, at our discretion, either to refund the purchase price, repair, or replace the course materials or media that do not meet the above warranty, provided they are returned to us together with a copy of your receipt.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of—or inability to use—the course materials or documentation, even if we or an authorized dealer or distributor have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Term and Termination

This license agreement becomes effective upon your use of the course materials or documentation and shall remain in force until its agreed termination. You may terminate it in accordance with your agreement with the Kleinbeck Academy by destroying or deleting all copies of the course materials and documentation in your possession.

This license will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions. You agree that upon such termination, you will immediately destroy or delete all copies of the course materials and documentation in your possession.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This license agreement shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of Germany, as applied to agreements entered into and fully performed within this jurisdiction.

The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.

All other disputes shall be resolved as follows:

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree first to attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussions or with the assistance of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the city of Munich. All costs and fees associated with the mediation, excluding attorney’s fees, shall be shared equally by both parties.

If it proves impossible to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the city of Munich, in accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB). The decision rendered by the arbitration tribunal may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Every effort has been made to provide you with a wide range of high-quality tips and exercises in this course program. However, the Kleinbeck Academy makes no guarantees regarding the results that participants may achieve through the application of these tips and techniques.

The responsibility for the use of the information lies solely with the participant of the course and depends largely on the individual’s ability to implement the material effectively.

General Provisions

This written license agreement constitutes the exclusive agreement between you and us concerning the course materials and documentation and supersedes any prior orders, communications, advertisements, or representations relating to the course.

This license agreement may only be amended by a written document signed by both you and us.

In the event of any legal dispute between you and us regarding the course materials or documentation, the prevailing party in such dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs from the other party.

You agree that the course materials or documentation shall not be shipped, transferred, or exported into any country, or used in any manner, prohibited by German or other applicable export laws, restrictions, or regulations.
